You are legally required to issue
share certificates within 3 months and maintain a members register.
Since more than 50% of all
incorporations are for sole shareholder and director companies, we provide
share certificates and the members register for the first two shareholders
and members for free.
To reflect the extra work to create
the require share certificates and membership register pages our fees increase by £20.00
for each officer, shareholder or member over and above two.
